What is Dry Needling?
Dry needling is a highly effective, evidence-based technique that uses thin, sterile needles to target and release painful muscle knots (called trigger points). Unlike traditional acupuncture, dry needling focuses specifically on muscle & joint pain.
It helps reset overactive muscles, improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and restore normal movement — making it one of the fastest ways to relieve chronic and acute pain without medication or months of waiting.

How Dry Needling Works
During a session, the practitioner locates the specific trigger points causing pain and inserts a few very fine needles. This creates a local twitch response that releases the muscle, improves circulation, and interrupts the pain cycle.
Most sessions last 30–45 minutes and feel a bit like a deep tissue release (but slightly different). Like a massage, there is some local muscle discomfort during the treatment and this deep muscle ache is helpful to achieve a good response.
